Easy 15 minutes Breakfast Ideas

4 Health, quick and filling recipes 

Cooking can be really fun and even therapeutic. But sometimes, we all find ourselves in situations where we need to fix a quick breakfast. Here are some of my favourites easy to make recipes. Each of these take about 15 minutes, they're super healthy as well! 

1. Peanut Butter and Jelly Toast 


What you need? 

Peanut butter (chunky or plain).
Jam or Jelly of your choice.
Bread slices.

How to prepare? 

Toast the bread until golden brown.
Apply a thin layer of jam.
Apply a thicker layer of peanut butter.
Apply another thin layer of jam.



2. Eggs and Salsa


What you need?

Bread
2 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Coriander leaves
Kidney beans

How to prepare?

Cut the onion and tomato into small cubes.
Boil the kidney beans for 10 mins.
Simultaneously, scramble the eggs.
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Once the eggs are done, layer them on the bread.
Mix in the kidney beans, onion and tomato pieces.
Add the coriander leaves to garnish.

3. Berry Blast




What you need?

Berry of choice
Granola
Nuts
Flavoured Yogurt

How to prepare?

Take a glass tumbler.
Put a layer of flavoured yogurt.
Add a layer of nuts, berries and granola.
Add another layer of yogurt.
Add another layer of nuts, granola, and berries.

4. Breakfast Bowl



What you need?

2 Boiled Eggs
Cherry tomatoes
Carrots
Avocados
Salad dressing of choice.
Salad leaves

How to prepare?

Boil the egg.
Once boiled, cut it into two halves.
Cut the carrots.
Scoop the avocados add them to the bowl.
Add the cherry tomatoes into the bowl. 
Top it with the salad leaves.
Add the salad dressing or sauce of your choice.
